Overview

The Quick Check guides users via the Microsoft Word TaskPane specifically to the places in the document where input is still required and at the same time offers help and completion instructions.

Technical Details

The Quick Check searches the document for certain Word Content Controls.

The Word Content Controls must have the following syntax in the tag:

• primedocs.Tracked: The content control is recognized as an editable field in the Quick Check. As soon as a text or content is stored, it is evaluated as ‘filled in’.

• primedocs.HintText=[TEXT]: The content control is recognized in the Quick Check as a help text or fill-in hint. The specified [TEXT] is displayed directly as a hint text.

• primedocs.HintField=[FieldId]: Here too, the content control is recognized in the quick check as a help text or fill-in note. In contrast to HintText, however, a HintField must be stored in the Fields configuration. This variant enables multilingual management and translation of the hint texts.
