primedocs besteht aus einer Reihe von Modulen:

primedocs Server

The primedocs server application represents the core component for primedocs. Technically, primedocs corresponds to a classic "client/server" architecture. The server stores its data in an SQL database.
The server is used to distribute templates to users, manage permissions, synchronize user data, and much more.

In addition, documents can be automatically provided for third-party systems via the Document Creation Server.

primedocs desktop

primedocs desktop is the client for frequent users. With primedocs desktop for Windows, work can be done offline and the primedocs desktop addIns are available to the user in Microsoft Office. The user has access to all functions of the primedocs Ribbon in the respective Microsoft Office product and templates can be edited via the primedocs desktop client.

primedocs web

Users who do not have a local installation of Microsoft Office can create documents via the browser-based primedocs web client and then download them.

primedocs web also offers integration options for Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and for the modern Microsoft Office addIns (also for macOS).

Administration tools

For settings, configurations and user administration, an administration interface is available via the browser.
